Management Trainees (KL Office)

Responsibilities: 

Finance, Human Resources & Admin Department

  • Assist in execution of all corporate finance activities (banking & trasury operation)
  • Analyse and review financial reports and business performance report to attend to bank review
  • Maintain business relationship with bankers
  • Understand company legal cases to attend to bank queries
  • Understand types of banking facilities and financing
  • Assist in administration daily function, such as liaising with vendors and courier services providers
  • Manage appropriate filling and referencing all documentation
  • Assist in general office administration and ad-hoc assignment
  • Involved in Human Resources functions such as recruitment & selection, employees welfare, training development, compensations and benefits & etc
  • To ensure smooth and efficient running of daily tasks

 

 

Requirements: 
  • Recognized degree in Finance, Business Studies, Administration, Sales & Marketing
  • An eye for details and analytical minded
  • Good interpersonal skills, dynamic, diligent and resourceful
  • Able to communicate with all level of staff
  • Proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin, India and Japanese language is an added advantage.
  • Only open to Fresh Graduates who graduated in less than a year
  • Applicants must be willing to work in KLCC area.
