Secretary cum Personal Assistant (Fixed Term Contract) – Location: Sabah, Kota Kinabalu

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Highly competent in coordinating and organizing overall secretarial functions
  • To assist management on daily task and to ensure smooth operation of the office
  • Responsible and co-ordinate on all incoming and outgoing correspondences like parcel or emails
  • Making appointment, travel arrangement / visa, coordinating business schedules, itinerary and general correspondences
  • Maintain systematic filing system and safe keeping of documents for smooth data retrieving
  • To handle the personal data with care
  • Able to work under pressure and overtime when required by management

 

Requirements: 

 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field
  • At least 1-2 year(s) of related working experiences for this position
  • Preferably for Junior Executive specialized in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent
  • Committed and keeping confidentiality. Mature with pleasant personality and able to multi-task
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens and preferred Sabahan
  • Fixed term contact position for six (6) months available for this vacancy
